Mr. Garner is an experienced and successful real estate investor with over 3 decades in the multifamily business as an owner, operator and manager. Currently, he owns and operates a portfolio of 132 units (368 beds) in various locations in two states. In addition, Ashley has been a real estate broker since 1996. Real estate is his career; helping others achieve financial freedom through investing in real estate is his passion.

Ashley is married and has two children…they say all he talks about is apartments!

I’m Bethany Roberts and I’m from Chevy Chase, Maryland. I moved to Wilmington with my husband, Ned, in 2023. I graduated from Sewanee: the University of the South and have 6 years of experience in fundraising in the nonprofit sector prior to transitioning into real estate. My background in real estate includes residential sales and multifamily investment.

Michael is a seasoned real estate investor from Pennsylvania with six years of hands-on experience in owning and operating 30 rental units in the Northeast. Known for his analytical skills and strong negotiation abilities, Michael brings a strategic approach to real estate investing, and is dedicated to making well-informed investment decisions that align with his clients’ goals, ensuring a smooth and successful real estate experience.
