Mr. Garner is an experienced and successful real estate investor with over three decades in the multifamily business as an owner, operator, and manager. Currently, he owns and operates a portfolio of more than 300 units across multiple states.
Real estate is his career. Helping others achieve financial freedom through investing in real estate is his passion.
Michael Crocefoglia
Michael is a seasoned real estate investor from Pennsylvania with six years of hands-on experience owning and operating 30 rental units in the Northeast. Known for his analytical skills and strong negotiation abilities.
He is dedicated to making well-informed decisions that align with investor goals, ensuring a smooth and successful experience from acquisition through disposition.
